Posts Options can be changed in Customizer > Post Options:
You will find there separate options to customize the posts appearance on Homepage, Category pages and Individual posts pages.
In the Single Posts section from Post Options you have a lot of control on each detail, and you can even re-order the elements from the header or from area after the post content:
